Jest fajnie. I edukacyjnie. Sprzętu tu mają po uszy, ja się nie da zakłuć dziecka, to zawsze pomoże i naprowadzi transluminator. Igły do wkłuć doszpikowych są na wiertle i zainstalowanie ich u pacjenta trwa może pół sekundy, laryngoskopy mają kamery, a o środki do dezynfekcji rąk się potykasz. I igłą też się nie zakłujesz, bo wszystkie mają osłonki zabezpieczające. Nuda. Ze zdobytą w ten sposób wiedzą w krajach trzeciego świata za to nie przeżyjesz, o nie.
Czasu mam mało. Papierologii tony do zrobienia. Ale może dziś nadrobię...
It is nice. And educational. They have tons of equipment here - if you have troubles finding a vein in a kid, then there's always a transluminator to guide you. Interosseous needles are on a drill and putting them into a patient lasts maybe half a second. Laryngoscopes have cameras and you may basically stumble over the hand desinfectants, there are so many. Ah, and forget about puncturing yourself with a needle - they all have protective mechanisms. Boredom. However, with such extensive knowledge you will rather not survive in third world countries, oh no.
I have little time for everything. Masses of paperwork to do. Maybe today...
hehe, skad ja to znam?? u nas nawet w niektorych szpitalach do cesarek uzywa sie tepych igiel co by sie nikt nie zaklul :) Skalpele na szczescie ostre, hehe M.
OdpowiedzUsuńSounds very familiar, in some places we even use blunt needles during caesarean section so nobody can get needle stick injuries, hehe, luckily knifes are sharp! M.
